[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide group medical insurance benefits services for commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers compensation, excess and umbrella liability and professional liability to the government authority located in Leesburg, FL.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 18, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 20, 2018.
Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
