[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional assessment and testing services for promotion of Lieutenants to the Rank of Fire Battalion Chief, the promotion of Engineers to Fire Lieutenant, and the promotion of Firefighters to the rank of Fire Engineer, to conduct candidate orientation sessions, post assessment review for candidates and post assessment support for the department, including expert witness testimony in litigation or the provision of information or materials that may be required for the resolution of any grievance filed, Develop, validate, administer, and score an assessment service for the promotion of Lieutenants to the rank of Fire Battalion Chief involving two separate processes, Conduct candidate orientation session, post-assessment review, to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 30, 2018.
