[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising consulting services to develop an integrated marketing plan, image assessment and enhancement, brand promise clarification and effective communication of coordinated, consistent brand execution messages, development of strategic plans for media advertising and placement, development, production and placement of innovative, effective advertisements including print, broadcast and digital media and collateral pieces that accomplish marketing goals.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
