(1)Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for bio-solids dewatering system improvements includes project management, preliminary engineering report, design services, permitting assistance, bidding assistance , engineering services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.
(2) A non-mandatory site visit will be held on March 11, 2016.
