(1) Vendor needs to provide remodel building services including removal of two roll up door, installing blocks in openings, interior demolition, installation of floor tile, installation of new walls and ceilings, installation of HVAC system, relocation and upgrade of service entrance, replacement of exterior and interior doors, installation of cabinets, industrial shelving and replacement of all lighting to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 5, 2016.
