[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party workers claims compensation administrator services for recorded statements of the claimant, treating physician, narrative summaries on major claims, subrogation and second injury fund activities, preparation of all state mandated reports, quarterly meetings, medical bills reduced to fee schedule and provide monthly loss reports.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
