[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public communications and marketing services for communications planning and implementation, public relations and community involvement engagement, customer service, general translation and interpreting services, project website maintenance, marketing and advertising services, media planning and placement, preparation of related media communications and collateral materials, preparation of audio video presentations and project planning coordination and implementation.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 20, 2016.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
