(2) Approximate historical call volume was 2327 calls (5562 minutes) in 2014.
(3) Vendor also needs to provide mail fulfillment services for approximately 90,864 mails (693 boxes) to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
