[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal counsel for foreclosures include pre-suit investigation with title work, issuance of contact and demand letters and suits for foreclosure, including litigation of any counterclaims and appeals to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
