[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 telephone call answering and call center services for daily call reports, disposition reports, import files, daily pledge report, member services report, premium report and an exceptions report.
(2) Approximate historical call volume will be 8,000 to 10,000 calls per year.
(3) Contract period shall be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
