[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party claims and medical plan administration services for claims processing and adjudication, authorizations, referrals, pre-certifications, utilization management, disease management, medical case management, advanced analytic reporting for claims and medical management.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than on August 5, 2016.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 27, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
