[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call center service and solutions during Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm and on weekends from 9 am to 5 pm.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 20,000 to 50,000 inbound calls and 4,000 outbound calls per month.
(3) Approximate historical call volume was 236,393 calls for last year.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
