(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior painting services for elementary school including structures, retaining walls, covered walkways, metal lights, metal light posts, metal garbage cans, backflow pipes, wood fences, dust collectors, previously painted electrical, plastic pipe, steel grates on windows, ductwork, exterior cabinets, exterior lockers, irrigation pumps, air conditioners to the government authority located West Palm Beach, FL.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
