(1) Vendor needs to provide workers’ compensation and third party administrator service for manage employee injuries on a direct basis, maintain accurate and timely data with appropriate audit trail, have technical capacity to facilitate unrestricted data exchange of information and computer generated or typed reports and correspondences.
